What is Sezzle?

Is there a minimum amount required to use sezzle??

Yes the minimum is $100.

I am new to wearing wigs. Which wig is best for me?

For beginners I recommend lace closure units. They are perfect for beginners and low maintenance. Frontal units are high maintenance and are not for beginners. Start with a closure unit.

How long does the wig last?

The units are constructed on a sewing machine ensuring the construction is secure. The units can last up to 3 years. If you are getting a frontal or lace closure unit the lace piece can be replaced as need be without having to order an entire new unit.

Why do you need my measurements?

Your unit is made custom to your head size. Please ensure you are providing accurate measurements to ensure your unit fits correctly.

How long does it take to make the wig?

My current turnaround time is 10-12 business days . Weekends are not included. Due to the pandemic there may be a delay.

What is the difference between the lace closure unit and the lace frontal?

The lace closure unit is constructed with a lace piece about 5 inches wide. You can part this unit in the middle or on either sides. Also it does not require to be sewn down. It can be removed daily. The lace frontal unit is constructed with a lace piece that stretches from ear to ear. It is the most versatile because you have more parting space. However, frontals are very high maintenance and are not recommended if you just need to get up and go.

Do I have to pay for the wig in full or just a deposit? The entire balance for your unit is due upfront prior to the construction of the wig.

Do I have to pay more to have the frontal/closure customized?

When purchasing a unit the customization is included in the price. Customization includes plucking the hairline and bleaching the knots

Any styles included with the units?

Yes the hair will be straightened or left in the natural state. Additional styling options can be added such as curls or a bob cut. Some of the Ready-to-Ship wigs will be styled according to the picture of the unit.

Can I use some old hair I have for my unit?

Yes you may use old hair. There is an additional fee ($20) if most of the wefts has been cut. When sending in hair make sure it is clean, dry, free of glue and separated by lengths.

Do you do custom colors?

I do provide custom coloring. Currently at the moment fantasy (blues, pinks, purples etc) color requests are not accepted. I can achieve colors in the black, brown, blonde or red family.

I have a big head. Will a wig fit me?

If your circumference measurement is exceeding 23.5 inches. Please email adoremehairco@gmail.com for other options.

How long is shipping and production time?

Production time for custom units are 10-12 business days. Business days does not include weekends.
Ready-to-ship units ship out 2-3 days after payment has been processed. When ordering hair extensions please allow 7-10 days to ship . Shipping may vary depending on services requested.

Can you install my wig?

Yes. Please click on the Booking tab to schedule an appt. Please do not schedule an appt until you have confirmation your unit has been completed.

I need my wig sooner. Is that possible?

Yes. Express is 3-5 days production and the fee is $75.

Where do I send my hair?

You will send your hair to 906 Madison St in Oak Park IL 60302. Please email Adoremehairco@gmail.com once you have shipped your hair. Be sure to get tracking information. We am not responsible for lost packages.

How do I measure my head?

What is the difference between custom wigs and pre-made wigs?

Custom wigs are made to order. They are completed customized by the customer. Pre-made units are units customized by the seller. The sizes of the units may vary. The most common size is a 22” circumference. Which is a medium sized cap.

Do you sell hair separately?

Yes extensions may be purchased without the booking of other services.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We are not responsible for units not fitting properly due to the selecting of an incorrect cap size at the time of ordering. Please refer to the measuring chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size wig.
