SHIPPING

 

• Packages are shipped via USPS.
• Shipping in the US is usually 2-4 days.
•  Please note that once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the package. The delivery is the responsibility of the USPS. Contact the postal service 1 (800) 275-8777.
• Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 
• Packages will require a signature. 
• We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. 
• Due to the nature of the products we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Items are Final Sale. 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the product there are no RETURNS/REFUNDS. What is the nature of the product? Hair Extensions. Hair Extensions can not be resold once handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
