This is a request form — submitting it does not confirm your order or reserve a completion date. Once approved, you'll receive your Service Agreement, measurement instructions, and payment info.
📋 How It Works
- Submit your request — wig type, hair details, preferences
- We review it before accepting your order
- You complete your agreement + measurements — accuracy matters, the wig is built to these
- Submit payment (instructions sent privately after approval)
- Ship or drop off your hair
- We inspect your hair and closure
- Construction begins once everything is approved
💁🏽♀️ Choose Your Wig Type
Closure Wig — built with your bundles + closure. Includes bleached knots, plucking/customization of the closure, styling, and custom sizing.
U-Part Wig — built with your bundles + your measurements. Your natural hair blends through the U-shaped opening. Includes custom sizing and styling.
✅ Hair Requirements
Bundles must arrive:
- Shampooed, conditioned, completely dry
- Detangled, free of thread, glue, clips, and product buildup
Previously used hair is fine if clean and in good condition. Hair needing extra prep may mean an added fee or longer turnaround — heavily damaged or matted hair may be declined.
How many bundles?
- 12"–16" → 2 bundles
- 18"–24" → 3 bundles
- 26"–30" → 4 bundles
First 3 bundles are included. Each additional bundle is +$25 (e.g. 4 bundles = +$25, 5 = +$50, 6 = +$75).
🔒 Closure Requirements
Brand new or gently used, and must be: clean, completely dry, detangled, free of glue/adhesive and excess product buildup. Excessive shedding, balding, or damaged lace may not be accepted.
Don't have a closure? No problem — closures can be purchased for an additional fee.
Since you're supplying your own hair/closure, we can't guarantee the quality, shedding, texture, or performance of hair or lace purchased elsewhere.
⏱ Turnaround Time
3–4 business days — starting only after your hair is received, inspected, and approved (not from submission, payment, or agreement). Weekends/holidays don't count. Hair needing extra prep may extend this. You'll be contacted once it's complete.
